Rules and Guidelines
We request you to kindly go through the following points before confirming your booking with SaiYatri. These guidelines help us maintain transparency and smooth travel service for all our guests.
Toll, Parking & Taxes:
All tolls, parking charges, passenger taxes, and special permits (if any) are to be paid by the customer.State Taxes (Outside Maharashtra):
If the journey includes travel outside Maharashtra, the respective state entry tax must be paid by the customer.Timing & Kilometers:
Trip start and end timings, as well as kilometer reading, will be counted from parking to parking (garage point to garage point).Passenger List:
A list of all passengers and travel details should be submitted at least 4 days before the travel date.Service Hours:
Bus services are available from 6:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight.Late Night Charges:
If the journey goes beyond midnight:₹400 per hour will be charged till 2:00 AM.
After 2:00 AM, the next day’s full minimum km fare (usually 300 km) will apply.
AC Charges (While Idle):
If the AC is used while the bus is not moving (like during halt), ₹500 per hour will be charged separately.Advance Payment:
50% advance and security amount must be paid at the time of booking.
The remaining amount must be cleared at least 2 days before the journey.
Cancellation Policy:
If the booking is canceled after confirmation, 50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.Diesel Rate Dependency:
Current rates are calculated based on diesel price at ₹100 per liter. If fuel prices or taxes change, the fare may be adjusted accordingly.Fashtag Toll Deductions:
Toll charges are deducted via Fashtag. You will be required to pay the full toll amount during the final billing.Driver Conduct:
We ensure clean, uniformed, and well-behaved drivers. Our drivers do not consume alcohol.
